"The circle of women around us weave invisible nets of love that carry us when we’re weak and sing with us when we are strong."

Women's Circles
‘Why should I sit in circle?’ You may be asking, but the real question is, ‘Why did we stop sitting in circle?’ Throughout history, stories and evidence of women sitting in circle exist in virtually all ancient civilisations.
We sit in circle to share, listen to, support and be mirrors of each other.
We create a safe space to teach, learn, listen and be heard, we give help and non-judgmental support to each other.

Women’s circles can have many formats, some are more focused on sharing, some bring ritual back into our lives, and help us be more mindful, and to accept the sacred self inside us. Some bring meditation and calm, but all of them bring community, sisterhood and love.

What to expect

At embrace, we like to start our circle with meditation, or with a deep guided visualization. Each month we will bring a different theme to discuss. Activities will vary and may include journaling, drawing, movement breaks and more.
This is a safe space for sharing and for holding each other. It works as a community builder and peer support group.

Moon Circles
We have two moon circles a month, one for the full moon and one for the new moon. Moon circles are full of rituals to help us to surrender and be more authentic.

During the full moon we work on letting go, and on forgiveness. This is the perfect moment to clear out the old and stagnant, and open space for the new and bright.
The new moon is perfect the perfect moment to look inside ourselves and set intentions, plant seeds to manifest in our lives.
